Apologies for the bad pun, let’s just blame it on Daylight Savings-induced grogginess. So, I’m a shoe girl. I fought it for a long time, but at some point, I turned around and I had them in the dozens. Even with the 50+ pairs I have at the moment, I feel like I’m exerting some really fine restraint. None of my shoes are more tiki than my Lucky Lou tiki heels. Lucky Lou has a bunch of pinup girl-style shoes, with all sorts of imagery that speaks to the rockabilly set. If you’re looking for something more traditionally feminine, there are some other lovely tropical motifs. The shoes are much more comfortable than they look, and while they’re pricey, any good shoe girl will tell you that fine shoes are an investment. In what, I don’t know. Just go with it.

I got a pair of those for Christmas. They’re beyond fabulous and, yes, quite comfortable.

Well now, there you go. My investment is paying dividends. I’ll meet you in Vegas, six.

Was just looking at their website and saw that they also have the lovely little bamboo (piggy) box purse. Is that where you got yours?

We’ll have to talk more about it on Wed. Oh and now that I know we’re the same size I know where to come steal my shoes from, em I mean shoe swapping…
